Refer to Linked Account or Donation Card in Settings
There can be several reasons for this. Your bank credentials may have changed or expired and will need to be reauthorized or your donation card may need to be changed. Please go to Settings and check your Linked Account to make sure your bank connection is working properly. You can also check your Donation Card setting to make sure that the card number is correct. If you cannot resolve the issues, please reach out to us through email@example.com or connect with us using the Chat feature.
